История рассказывает о Тацуми Оге (男鹿 辰巳), ученике Ишиямы, школы для несовершеннолетних правонарушителей, прозванного за огромную силу «Огром средней школы». В один прекрасный день, отдыхая на берегу реки после очередной разборки, Тацуми замечает плывущий по воде труп мужчины. Когда же он достаёт его, труп распадается на части, а внутри оказывается ребёнок. ] Кайзер де Имперана Вельзевул IV (カイゼル・デ・エンペラーナ・ベルゼバブ4世), сын Короля демонов. Отныне Тацуми избран «земным» отцом для ребенка, и теперь ему предстоит растить Вельзевула вместе с демоном-служанкой Хильдегардой (ヒルデガルダ).
