Масару Даймон — учащийся средней школы, прозвавший себя лучшим уличным бойцом Японии — во время одной из драк знакомится с Агумоном, сбежавшим из ОБЦН. ОБЦН — секретная правительственная организация, занимающаяся отловом сбежавших из Цифрового мира дигимонов. Узнав о том, что его нового друга так просто не отпустят с ним, Масару решает во что бы то ни было оставить у себя Агумона. Но перед ним поставили условие: пока он не вступит в ОБЦН, покоя ему не дадут. В это же время на одно из заведений нападает дигимон. Справятся ли Масару с Агумоном с нависшими проблемами? И смогут ли они остановить разбушевавшегося дигимона?
